What are we?

Yebokola community is dedicated to co-creating a just world. Our offering is coaching, consulting and other developmental services. We are specifically passionate about working with activist leaders looking to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), well being, or social-justice themes into their leadership agenda. We are grateful for the opportunity to walk this path alongside you.

What do we do?

Our approach is grounded in science and enchanted by ancient tradition. Our coaching leverage a multi-disciplinary approach to engage your heart, mind and body. Our developmental programs target inner development goals (IDG) while our consulting services target social justice and community based projects.

Why do we do it?

A conscious leadership movement is needed now, more than ever!

What is conscious leadership?

Conscious leadership emphasizes the universal interconnectedness between people and the planet, embracing our shared responsibility to co-create every aspect of our collective reality. A leader's impact is conditioned on a leaders internal state; at the core of conscious leadership lies a in-depth understanding of the self and the work the self feels called to do. Conscious leaders are heart-centered and therefore courageously take action in honor of the collective well-being.

Why is conscious leadership important?

Data is the new oil, and California is burning. Artificial intelligence is popping up everywhere, and Mars is the next frontier—all this while global warming rockets beyond 1.5%. Polarization and geopolitical tension are at a generational high, while diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are falling out of vogue. "Alternative truth" is an accepted part of our social media discourse.

Our current social fabric is unravelling, and a new social fabric is being woven. As we stand at a pivotal moment in our history, the pressing question looms: Will we advance towards Love, or retreat into the shadows of fear?

Now is the time to act. It's a complex world out there, and out of complexity arise tipping points. A tipping point is a critical threshold at which a minor change in a system can lead to significant and often irreversible shifts in the state of a system. Whether these shifts are threats or opportunities depends on the quality of leadership that responds to them.

The choices we make in response to this critical question will shape the lives of generations to come. Those we recognize as leaders hold the power to influence our collective direction. When these leaders act with courage and integrity, genuinely striving for a loving and constructive answer, they pave the way for a sustainable, equitable, inclusive, and just future. We call these exceptional individuals conscious leaders.
